Vintage Barrel of Monkeys
I found this set of wrought iron monkeys while thrifting. My kids love playing with them, but if they dropped the whole chain on those tender toes... oh my! No wonder they make them in plastic these days...

Yes, I want to go to those thrift stores too!
:) I quickly pop in to any thrift store I see while on errands like on my way to pick up kids from school, post office etc. I am not picky - Salvation Army, Goodwill, anything that says 'Thrift Store' will pull me in!
Oh - I what a nice surprise! I have a couple of these monkeys...somewhere...I had totally forgotten about them until I saw them on your blog. Thank you. Sweet stuff...sweet blog.
